This Payment Policy explains how 8om, a brand of TechnoAce Consultancy Services Private Limited, collects payment for paid products and services, including NFC cards, subscription plans, and other billed features on 8om.in.

Payments are collected by TechnoAce Consultancy Services Private Limited. 8om is a brand of that company. Checkout, invoices, and gateway receipts may show the company name, the 8om brand, or both.
3. What you pay for
Paid items include subscription plans, NFC card orders, and other products marked as paid on 8om. Free tools remain free within their published allowances. Limits, upgrades, and plan prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. How payment is collected
Online payments are processed through licensed payment gateways used by 8om (currently including Razorpay and Cashfree). We do not store your full card number on 8om servers. The gateway may offer cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets depending on what that gateway supports at the time of payment.
5. Currency, taxes, and confirmation
Prices on 8om.in are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a checkout screen says otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in or added to the amount shown before you pay. A successful payment is confirmed on screen and, where available, by email or a gateway receipt.
6. Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled, or does not complete, the order or subscription is not activated. You may retry. If an amount was debited but 8om did not receive confirmation, contact info@8om.in with the payment reference so we can reconcile it with the gateway.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility, timelines, and how money is returned are described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are sent back on the original payment method where the gateway allows it.
