1. Payment for Business Profile Creation.
- To create a business profile on 8om, a payment through Razorpay is required. Once the payment is successfully processed, the business profile will be created, and access to various features like URL shortening, QR code generation, and link-in-bio will be granted.
2. Cancellation Policy.
- Once the payment is completed and the business profile is created, cancellations are not possible. We encourage you to ensure that you have reviewed all the information before making a payment.
3. Refund Policy.
Refunds are only applicable in the case of the following situations:
- Double payment: If the same payment is made more than once for the same service, we will process a full refund for the extra payment made.
- Payment failure: In the event of a payment failure where no service is rendered, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- You change your mind after the service has been provided.
- There are no issues with the payment or service, but you wish to cancel for personal reasons.
4. How to Request a Refund.

5. Processing Time.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
